MADE TO ORDER
This item is Made to Order, (MTO) meaning it is made specifically for you and then personalised with a named label.
Made to Order items are made in our standard size range, which is 6-14. Please note all measurements of each garment will be to our generic standards.
Items take 4-6 weeks to deliver.
If, after receiving your Made to Order garment, you require alterations please contact us to arrange and we will charge accordingly.
If you require a different size or a specifically tailored garment this is classified as MADE TO MEASURE and is a different price to the one you see here. Please contact us for more details.
If you require alterations to your made to order garment these can be done at a later stage and will be charged for accordingly.
As Made to Order items have been made specifically for you they therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Should you have any concerns with the fit when you receive your item, contact us and we will work with you to rectify this.

Because they are specially made for you, Made to Order items are non-refundable. Should you have any concern with the fit when you receive your item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to rectify the problem.
1. FINEST MATERIALS, SPARINGLY USED
We order limited amounts of fabrics for our MTO collections and use it sparingly, in the interests of sustainability. We re-order as required, subject to demand. We work closely with our British and European suppliers to ensure the highest quality, sustainability, and availability of the fabrics that we select.
2. CRAFTMANSHIP AND QUALITY
All Made to Order pieces are made in London, England. Our seamstresses exercise great skill and craftsmanship in making each piece according to Anna’s complex, detailed designs. The process takes time and includes rigorous quality control to ensure the garment is 100% correct and made to last.
