How to request a return and credit note.
Please contact enquiries@annamasonlondon.com, stating that you wish to return your Ready to Wear item for an exchange or credit note. Credit notes are valid for six months from date of issue.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
