MADE TO ORDER

This item is Made to Order, meaning it is made specifically for you and personalised with a named label. Made to Order items therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you have any concerns with the fit when you receive your item, contact us and we will work with you to rectify the problem.

READY TO WEAR

This item is ready to wear which means that, if we have stock of your size, it will be sent to you immediately. We hope that you will love your Anna Mason purchase, but if you’re not entirely satisfied with your ready to wear items, we offer up to 14 days for you to arrange a return, upon the garments return, we will issue a refund or credit note which will be valid for 1 year ONLY.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY

We hope that you will love your Anna Mason purchase, but if you’re not entirely satisfied with your Ready to Wear items, we offer up to 14 days for you to arrange a return for a refund or credit note which will be valid for 1 year ONLY. Made to Order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to request a return and credit note.

Please contact enquiries@annamasonlondon.com, stating that you wish to return your Ready to Wear item for an exchange, refund or credit note. Credit notes are valid for one year from date of issue.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your garment(s) to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via enquiries@annamasonlondon.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If we agree that the item is faulty or incorrect we will either replace it or refund you in full via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Non-returnable items 
Made to Order items are made specifically for each customer and are personalised, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you have any concerns with the fit when you receive your item, contact us and we will work with you to rectify the problem.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
To exchange an item, please request a return and send the item back to us. Then, once the return is accepted, and a credit note given, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
With the exception of faulty items as approved by us, refunds for returned items are made via a credit note.

Credit notes are issued within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item, via email. The credit note will be for the purchase price of the item, less postage or shipping costs.
