This item is Made to Order, meaning it is made specifically for you and personalised with a named label.
Made to Order items therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you have any concerns with the fit when you receive your item, contact us and we will work with you to rectify the problem.
Items take 4-6 weeks to deliver, though it’s often quicker if we have the fabric in stock.

1. FINEST MATERIALS, SPARINGLY USED
We order limited amounts of fabrics for our MTO collections and use it sparingly, in the interests of sustainability. We re-order as required, subject to demand. We work closely with our British and European suppliers to ensure the highest quality, sustainability, and availability of the fabrics that we select.
2. CRAFTMANSHIP AND QUALITY
All Made to Order pieces are made in London, England. Our seamstresses exercise great skill and craftsmanship in making each piece according to Anna’s complex, detailed designs. The process takes time and includes rigorous quality control to ensure the garment is 100% correct and made to last.
